James has an extensive background in the long haul trucking industry and heads up our Career Planning and Employment Specialists Division. Early in his career James was a representative for a trucking company located in North Carolina, working directly with student applicants applying for cdl training and financing. What was lacking from the company he worked for, and in his opinion what was needed for a successful professional truck driving career, was career guidance beginning with deciding where to obtain cdl training, and job placement for cdl class a graduates once they finished training school. Today, James is a career advisor and employment specialist working with truck drivers nationwide and has mentored thousands of drivers at all levels.

A guest speaker at the 2011 First Annual Truck Driver Social Media Convention, James spoke about recognizing "the good, the bad and the ugly" in the trucking industry, and the importance of career planning and working with a professional career advisor and employment placement specialist. James has also been a guest on Ask The Trucker Blog Talk Radio for the program "Truck Driving Jobs Employment" hosted by Allen Smith, truck driver advocate and professional driver.

Laurie is our Internet Marketing specialist and has designed and maintains our websites and social media campaigns. Her varied and extensive background includes web design, internet marketing, sales and marketing, and management and publishing, and lends itself well to the needs and our future plans for our company's continuing growth.
