Q. Who is Trucking Careers of America LLC?

A. TCA is registered with the State of Georgia as an LLC Company. We are an independent staffing agency specializing exclusively in the trucking industry. Our clients are CDL students, recent CDL graduates and experienced CDL drivers. We work with companies offering CDL paid training, paid transportation and lodging, and training income. We do not work for any trucking company, we work for you!

Q. What can TCA do for me?

A. TCA has relationships with many trucking companies across the U.S. that are hiring - and - they are willing to invest the money to fund your training and your expenses while you are in training to become a professional truck driver. There are no upfront fees, and you don't have to worry about financingo your schooling, credit checks or co-signers.

Q. What services do you provide?

A. TCA is a full service agency. We make sure your application is absolutely accurate before submitting it to a trucking company. We place you with a company that will best suit your needs and we get you pre-hired before you begin training. While your application is being reviewed we work with you to be sure the hiring company has all the documents and information they need to make a decision in your favor. We then arrange for all your transportation and lodging needs, and everything necessary for you to attend school, complete your training and begin your new career.

Q. How long does the training take?

A. Approximately three weeks.

Q. How do I know you can get me a job?

A. If you have met the qualifications and the information you have provided is accurate and truthful we will have no problem getting you a job.

Q. How long is it before I begin earning money?

A. While you are in training you will be paid a training income. Upon completion of your training you then go on the company payroll.

Q. What if I want to change my job or go with another company within the first year?

A. We represent you. If you are unhappy with the company you are currently employed by, regardless of the circumstances, we have a solution. We will work with you whenever you want to make any changes in the direction of your career.
